About Us
Savita Dubey is the founder of Rise and Heal, a Singapore-based non-profit initiative that supports women who have gone through marital infidelity, workplace bullying or emotional abuse.
She is a Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years of experience in corporate governance, compliance and financial consulting. Savita has worked with global institutions such as KPMG, Deutsche Bank and J.P. Morgan. She is currently pursuing her Executive Master in Finance at INSEAD.
Her own life experiences shaped her belief that no woman should have to heal alone. This inspired her to start Rise and Heal, a safe space where women can share their stories, find understanding and rebuild their confidence.
Through workshops, support circles and community outreach, Savita offers both practical guidance and emotional support to help women navigate difficult times and take steps towards a stronger future.
Outside of her work, Savita enjoys time with her family, reading about personal growth and contributing to causes that promote equality and dignity for all.
